Republican 2018 campaign ads to focus heavily on Hillary Clinton. I'm sorry, what?

And get this, they are STILL running against me.
Courtesy of the AP:

Almost 18 months have passed since Hillary Clinton lost the presidency. She holds no position of power in government. And she is not expected to run for office again.

Yet Clinton is starring in the Republican Party’s 2018 midterm strategy.

With control of Congress up for grabs this fall, the GOP’s most powerful players are preparing to spend big on plans to feature Clinton as a central villain in attack ads against vulnerable Democrats nationwide. The strategy, which already has popped up in races in Pennsylvania, Indiana and North Dakota, illustrates the resilience and political potency of Republican voters’ antipathy for Clinton. As difficult as it’s been for Democrats to move past the Clinton era, it may be even harder for Republicans.

“STOP HILLARY. STOP PELOSI. STOP LAMB,” read pamphlets circulated during the special election in Pennsylvania earlier this year.

That’s just a taste of what’s to come as the November elections grow closer, say those who control the GOP’s strategy in the first midterm elections of Donald Trump’s presidency.

“I promise you that you’ll continue to see it — Hillary Clinton starring in our paid media. She’s a very powerful motivator,” said Corry Bliss, who leads the Congressional Leadership Fund, a Republican super political action committee ready to spend tens of millions of dollars to shape House races this fall. “It’s about what she represents. What she represents, just like what Nancy Pelosi represents, is out-of-touch far-left liberal positions.”

Don't you just love the smell of desperation in the morning?

I mean come on!

The GOP are still leaning on the vilification of Hillary Clinton and Nancy Pelosi to drive their voters to the polls?

And keep in mind that the reason is not because they are incompetent or a danger to the country, the reason is because they were TOO DAMN GOOD AT THEIR JOBS!

That is what terrifies conservative voters, competent Democratic leadership.

And to prevent that they were even willing to send a twice divorced, habitually lying, reality show TV clown to the White House.

Well my advice to these desperate morons is to go for it.

You campaign against liberal competence, because I am sure you can guess what WE will be campaigning against.

That's right. Now let's see whose voters are more motivated to show up at the polls.

First off, Hillary lost? Nope. The moment that you believe that she lost you have lost focus. The election was rigged and stolen from her and America and it was stolen for dave barron described by David Johnston perfectly. Mr. Drumpf raised by crooks, liars and bullies comes from a line of nasty dirty cheats. He is a soulless empty vessel of scientology dung. He has spread his wickedness on our nation and sleeps with our enemies. He will be removed and caged, America will survive but damage has happened, innocence was taken and hate has infected those we have trusted and loved for many years. Sadly we cannot go back but only forward. Stay strong and focused in Reality. Remember what happened to our democracy and who stole it. Hillary won and so will America.

"Rep. David Cicilline called the briefing "disturbing" and said it showed an effort on the part of Cambridge Analytica to undermine U.S. democracy using military-style information warfare tactics. Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee said Congress is abdicating its duty to investigate what sort of interference occurred in the 2016 election and warned the U.S. is not prepared to prevent something similar from happening again in future elections."

  3. The same is happening in Michigan where they run against Jennifer Granholm who hasn't been in office since 2010! Better than taking responsibility for Flint. One reason snacilbupeR pushed through that heinous tax scam was so they would have something to run on. They are very surprised that it's not working and that people are onto them.

Jennifer Granholm was a much better governor than our present carpet-bagging GOP governor, Rick Snyder.

Not surprised, republicans never run on issues or policies because they have none.

They only run on smearing the opponent.

It shows you that they know exactly what gets Republican voters all stirred up and it shows you how brain dead Republican voters are.

Hillary is going to keep dragging down the Party with her bitter ego and inability to let go of her loss, instead of letting the Party move forward.

They know their base are women hating people. Hillary has been turned into a symbol of everything a paranoid white male has been told to fear. A tough look you in the eye matter of fact woman. That makes Republican men piss in their tighty whities.

    3. 78 year old Pelosi wants the DNC to look BACK to 2006 for a winning strategy for 2018. Using 2006 messages and strategies for 2018. Like nothing has changed in 12 years? The thinking of a 78 year old.

Well, first of all, you don't win the present by wallowing in the past.

Second, who was the DNC chair? From 2005-2009 it was Howard Dean, a man the Democrats have consistently spat upon. But Dean knew what he was doing and he did win elections for them. If they were serious they would have elected Dean chair NOW or at least put him in a position with some authority. Of course, if they were serious they also would have elected Keith Ellison instead of Tom Perez. Instead, they have disenfranchised, ignored and even pilloried progressives for daring to suggest a change in a strategy that has been losing since 2009.

What the Democrats (like 10:34) are doing isn't any different than what the Republicans are doing with their beating a "dead Hillary" campaign. Ignore the flaws and loyalty above all else.

And pointing out weaknesses and mistakes does not mean you are in the "enemy camp." If you deny the DNC's mistakes, weaknesses and faults in how we came to be where we are, you are no different than the brain dead tribal Republican voters that put Vile Shitler in the White House.

Their wrinkled old white peckers wouldn't even be useful for pissing with any more.

In fact, she only needs to go on TV, she doesn't even need to leave the comfort of her home to make them all permanently impotent. Republicans are the world's champion cowards. U-S-A! U-S-A!

"Why Clinton Veteran Rahm Emanuel Is Warning Democrats Against Running on Impeaching President Trump"
"By ALANA ABRAMSON 10:35 AM EDT
Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel has a warning for Democratic candidates in the upcoming midterm elections:
don’t run on the idea of impeaching President Donald Trump.

“This is a serious legal and constitutional, not political, issue,” Emanuel a veteran of the Clinton administration,
told Axios Executive Editor Mike Allen on Monday.
“It’s a constitutional standard and, when that standard has been met, we’ll know about it.”

Bill Clinton was the last president impeached by Congress. In December 1998, Clinton was impeached in a near-party-line vote of the U.S. House for perjury and obstruction of justice. He was then acquitted by another near-party-line vote after a trial in the U.S. Senate.

Some major Democratic players, including mega-donor
Tom Steyer, have made impeaching the President a crusade and a focal point of their agenda. Democrats in the House of Representatives have introduced articles of impeachment on the floor last year, although they have acknowledged their efforts are unlikely to produce anything fruitful. But
House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi has said Democrats should steer clear of promoting this concept.

“Republicans would love for us to make our campaigns about the impeachment of Trump,” she said in November at Hearst’s offices. “That’s not what it’s about.
It’s about the well-being of American families.”"
