I think this is the best way to end our Thanksgiving day.

Yeah, THAT'S the way a real President acts in public.

And here is Obama's greeting for this Thanksgiving.
For his part Trump's Thanksgiving message to the troops was to attack Obama and to accuse him of not supporting the military.

Donald Trump is one fat fowl POS that should NEVER be pardoned.

    President Obama had the ability to show tremendous respect and dignity when required, diplomacy when needed, compassion always, and a great (if sometimes corny) sense of humor when appropriate.

    He was able to command respect of the world's leaders and calm the crying of a cranky baby. He could both inspire and comfort, and maintained the highest of moral standards.

    He made us feel safe and protected, and confident in the knowledge that we were in good hands.

    I SO miss that man and his family.

    Trump's "joke" at the turkey pardon was mean-spirited and not funny, just like him.

    Obama's pardon was much more uplifting.

    May this be the one and only trump turkey pardon and that by this time next year the traitor in chief will be the one asking the turkeys to pardon him.

    Ah, a real classy family, interested in all the people, not just the ones who voted for him. A man who really did earn his fortune, instead of having it handed to him on a silver platter. A man who appreciates the USA for the opportunities he's had, instead of taking everything he can get from her.
    The GOP will never ever be able to measure up to this man, and they know it.

      The difference in sense of humor--Obama's jokes were silly and light-hearted and included everyone. Trump's humor is about putting other people down and trying to puff himself up.

      I grew up in the South and a lotta of good old boys would get with black girls on the down low, mostly because their parents wouldn't allow them to date openly. More than a few unexpectedly light babies were born to some of my peers and it just wasn't discussed.

    And than we have Trump, always negative,always fearful, whether it's about Mexicans or Blacks or Muslims count on Trump to be a downer.

    Trump’s message to the troops included reference to a “they” who are talking about how they are winning. Are “they” Trump referring to his self in third persons? Recenly Trump has said ISIS has been “dessimated”. It occurs to me Trump shall declare ISIS destroyed and the wars won regardless of factual reality. If there is so much winning happening why are another 14,000 troops being sent?
