We have a new word of the day, and I think most of you are going to quickly add it to your vocabulary.

WARNING! If you have not yet watched the July 10th episode of "True Blood." and don't want to hear any spoilers, then stop reading now.

Courtesy of HuffPo:

Vampires Eric and his progeny Pam attended a Ted Cruz fundraiser supposedly held at the George W. Bush Presidential Library in Dallas to search for the parents of their enemy, Sarah Newlin.

Trying to blend in, Eric dons a Western-style suit with a bolo instead of a necktie while Pam puts on a purple dress worthy of a gala on either side of the aisle.

But when she catches a glimpse of herself in a mirror, Pam utters a line that would light up Twitter:

I usually kick out comments using the "C" word but I am afraid that I cannot resist adding "Republicunt" to my repertoire. And I have a feeling that Sarah Palin will quickly find a reason to really hate "True Blood" in the next several weeks.

Personally that line made me laugh out loud, and the fact that this happened at a Ted Cruz fundraiser in the George W. Bush Library just made it all the funnier.

So good.

That is EXACTLY how Sara Palin should be referred AS - 'Republicunt'! With all the evil she's thrown out there over the past years, it's the LEAST of what the bitch deserves!

The Republican party is going to wish even MORE that they'd never heard of her. She's a bad, bad member of their party even though on the extreme right - but, still A REPUBLICUNT!

Funny! Sounds a bit nicer than "Republicunt" - but, will not be able to help myself when using the latter when referring to the 'idiot'!

Sarah's li'l darlings, mini-Republicunt and Drizella. Adore, adored the vampire lite series Twilight. True Blood is much, much better.

    REPUBLICUNT

Yep, on the Italian station, they also say he met with opus dei, an uber conservative RCC cult. Rick Santorum and tons of others are in it. Supposedly, he's visiting Philly in the future, wonder when Frankie goes to Hollywood?

Creepy, creepy, creepy old boys clubs. A bunch of weirdo politicos meeting with a bunch of deluded weirdo religious nut bags wearing dresses and robes.

Sarah called herself the C word, 'creationist.' She's always serving up the grapefruits

Yep, that's Sarah and a whole passel of these other right wing GOP monsters. She's the C word all by herself, but Republicunt is brilliant!

I really hate any name that denigrates women - no matter who it is.

    1. Unfortunately, Republidick doesn't roll off the tongue as well, nor is it as powerful a statement.

If I never read that word again, it'll be too soon.
Sorry, but it's a vile term that disrespects everyone who comes into contact with it.

They are just words. Only have power if people choose to give them power. My mother always encouraged us to say "See You Next Tuesday".

my mother used to say that you represent yourself with your words, so if you call anyone a "R-c" then you display yourself without having hurt the one you used the word against.

    4. Another sauce goose/gander issue.

I'm sure it's find to use Dumbocrat, Doucheocrat or Libtard, though, right?

Republicans are fine dishing it out but can't take it when the tables are turned.

kinda ack-bassward funny, that. Hung, eh? Drawn, like an artist would do? Quartered in the barracks? (haw haw haw). I mean, not only is the idiot speaker a heinous racist and ugly person, but by saying hung instead of hanged, he messed his-self up even worse.

As long as it's the small "c" word, it doesn't bother me. Guess I've built a tolerance for it, especially when it applies so well. Marcus Bachmann, Miss Lindsey, John Boehner, McCain, etc are non female republicans for whom it fits perfectly.

Hi MariaT; @6:29 here. Yes I did know about the penalty, but I always heard it as hanged. Sarah Palin would say "hung" because she uses double-entendre phrases, so I automatically went there. But thanks for the explanation!

Didn't you guys hear the latest? Sarah Palin claiming she was offered a part on True Blood and turned it down! Yes! It's an exclusive at Breitbart "News."

    I am not joking.

I have to admit, since Sarah Palin came onto the scene I have uttered the C word a bit more than I like. She just brings out the worst in me.

And Chicks on the Right, one of my favorite "hate reads" are getting their panties in a twist over this. Oy, the irony. These two dizzy dames call liberals, Democrats, feminists every name in the book (i.e liberal actress Ashley Judd is "Assley" Judd) and they love to slam people for being fat, having frizzy hair, big noses, etc. They are high school mean girls who never grew up, a couple of blonde Sarah Palins.

  17. I've been using Repub1%can't, mostly to describe Congress which is mostly old, white men.

Republicunt is excellent to describe the air head females that insist on voting against their own interests and promoting others to do the same. Most of the blondes on Faux News to begin with. Sure Sarah, Bachmann and Haselbeck too.
